Capitol Tee is unique in that we offer a real grass practice area all year round.

Grass Tee Line

Tee line
  • 30 yard by 50 yard Bermuda tee line that is rotated daily. In winter and spring we offer a Rye grass surface
  • Range balls are replaced yearly to provide you with consistency
  • The size of our landing area is 260 yards to 310 yards deep based on tee line rotation. Yardages are measured with laser technology
  • The main tee line is lighted for night use
  • A portable 110 foot canopy can provide shade or cover from light rain while still hitting from real grass
  • Adirondack chairs along tee line
  • Club cleaning stations with brushes and towels.

  • The green is a 3000 square foot Bermuda grass with some undulations to practice different pitch shots or bump and run shots.

  • The green is a 6000 square foot hybrid Bermuda grass with some undulations to practice different putts. Same grass as at TPC Sawgrass.

  • The large bunker area allows you to hit to an elevated green.

Our irrigation system does not use Raleigh City Water; all irrigation is supported by our private pond and well.
